Mr. Jacco Stolker is owner of Talentizer Talent Solutions and specialized in CoreTalents in relation to leadership, entrepreneurship, team performance and innovation. He is an Honorary doctorate from International Management Institute in MD. He has more than 15 years of experience working in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan for marketing qualification programmes based on the European Qualification Framework (EQF). In the Netherlands, he has been lecturing entrepreneurship, marketing and innovation in different vocational education (VET) institutes. He believes that in a highly VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) business environment and society, generic skills play a key role for human capital. Lifelong learning is not a luxury, but a necessity. Effective generic skill development should be tailormade based upon someone’s characteristics.
